Fees
We aim to keep our fees clear and transparent, reflecting the high quality care, experience and environment we provide at Willow Park.
Available Funding
All 3 and 4 year olds are entitled to 15 hours of funded childcare per week from the term after their third birthday.
Eligible working parents may be able to access an additional 15 hours, providing up to 30 hours of funded childcare per week.
We also offer funding options for younger children through the Working Parent Entitlement (WPE), subject to eligibility. Please contact us to discuss your individual circumstances.
3 & 4 Year Old Funding
Fees are shown as both termly totals and equivalent monthly instalments for convenience.

Working Parent Entitlement
Eligible working parents may access up to 30 hours of funded childcare per week from the term after their child turns nine months.
For children attending fewer days, 15 hours of funding may be applied when attending two days per week, subject to eligibility.
This funding is typically offered across a minimum of three days per week.
Fees shown reflect standard rates and rates with funded hours applied, subject to eligibility.

Payment Information
The nursery operates for 45 weeks of the year across Autumn, Spring and Summer terms.
Fees are calculated based on your child’s weekly attendance and divided into three termly payments. Parents may choose to pay termly in advance or spread the cost through monthly instalments.
All fees include meals, snacks, drinks and learning materials such as art supplies, sensory resources and educational equipment.
We also accept Tax-Free Childcare payments and childcare vouchers.
